These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tong web game (“Tong” or “the Game”) when played on CrazyGames, developed and operated by Miracle Tea Studios Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By playing Tong on CrazyGames, you agree to these Terms and to any policies of CrazyGames.

Scope

These Terms apply solely to the version of Tong made available through CrazyGames.
Please note that CrazyGames has its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which govern your use of their platform. You must also comply with those policies while playing Tong.

Elegibility

Tong on CrazyGames is intended for general audiences. We do not collect personal information directly through this version of the Game. Any age-related access or parental consent requirements are managed by CrazyGames.

License to Use the Game

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play Tong for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

All rights, title, and interest in Tong, including all content, graphics, sounds, and code, remain the property of Miracle Tea Studios Ltd or our licensors.

In-Game Ads

Tong on CrazyGames is free to play and may display third-party advertisements delivered by CrazyGames.
We do not serve ads ourselves and do not collect or sell your personal data through this version of the Game. Any data collected for ad delivery is handled in accordance with CrazyGames’ privacy practices.

In-App Purchases on Other Platforms

Any in-app purchases made in Tong on other platforms such as iOS or Android through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are platform-specific, non-transferable, and non-refundable (except as required by law or by the relevant store’s policies). Purchases made on those platforms will not carry over to the CrazyGames version of Tong.

User Conduct

While using Tong, you agree that you will not:

• Use Tong for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorised purpose.
• Create or share any content in Tong (including usernames, room names, or other text) that is offensive, vulgar, hateful, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Bully, harass, threaten, or harm other players.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, cheat, exploit bugs, or interfere with the Game’s servers, network, or other players’ experience.
• Use bots, cheats, exploits, or unauthorised third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Tong at any time if you violate these Terms or behave in a way that negatively impacts other players or the Game’s integrity.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Tong is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that Tong will always be secure, error-free, or available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Tong.

Privacy

We do not collect personal information directly from you in this version of Tong. Any data collected, including for advertisements, is handled by CrazyGames in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Tong if you violate these Terms or misuse the Game.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Game or by other means.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
