• SDK collects non-personal technical data: ad impressions, taps, device identifiers, session and app usage durations, approximate location.
• Data is used solely for ad optimisation and analytics.
• Complies with GDPR and CCPA: provides consent prompts in the EEA and Data Privacy icons on ads for opt-out.

4. Age Restrictions
Players must be 13 years of age or older to use Tong.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. During onboarding, players must confirm that they are at least 13 years old to proceed. If you believe we have mistakenly collected data from a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
